It’s a highlighter in a powder form, it applies like a powder highlighter, but it looks like a cream highlighter on the skin. It’s literally the best of both worlds, it makes the skin look so dewy without making it look patchy
In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best Rare Beauty products, as I’ve listed in my previous post. It comes in four lovely colours, with my favourite being “Enlighten”, as it gives a natural dewy look

This highlighter applies so easily, and blends beautifully. It gives a stunning natural glow!
I would recommend to wear this highlighter without powdering the area of the highlighter. It comes in three shades, and my favourite is “Spotlight”, as it’s the most natural looking
